haha I do it every now and then, I shampoo and vacuum under them. I found 2 nametags from work, and a few CDs, I have been missing for months under the back seat bottoms.

Ya, when I installed my new shifter, I found a bank vault worth of change under my console. Had to have been near $20 in change, it was rediculous. Car lost about 5 pounds after taking out all the change.

You guys should pull your carpets...

I pulled the entire interior and the carpet out of my 94 to clean it up. I found roughly $25 in quarters in it, my dad used to keep quarters in the ashtray they woudl fall, and bounce around by the shifter and make their way under the carpet.

Reasons why you should pull your carpet...

ESPECIALLY, if you drive a '94 3.4L with 125,000 miles on it.

O.K., next question, is it a PITA to put that carpet back in, or new carpet, & how much does a new carpet cost? Gotta know before I start ripping it out. Mine has cig. burns from past owner. Does J.C Whittney have one? '94 Black Camaro with black carpet. Thanks.

When I cleaned under my console, there were a couple cigarette butts from the previous owner

I think even if I did pull my carpet there's no way in hell it would look that bad.
