yea you can, just leave it for like 30 minutes to dry, if you can wipe your hand/finger on it without the paint coming off, youll be fine. just dont spray them down with water for about a day, or dont drive in the rain right after you paint them. i drove mine 45 mins. after i was spraying the last clear coat and i was fine.

Go to Wal-Mart ... get two jars of red enamel for $2.50/each and happy paiting. I took the time to sand first. 10,000 miles later no problems
