  • Installing TA Side Skirts

I've got the side skirts from a TA that I'm going to install on my firebird that came w/out the factory ground effects. Has anyone out there done this before? I know you have to drill holes but does anyone have a write up of maybe how big and where to drill them? Thanks for the help!

That would be amazing if someone could, because I, also, am planning on doing this, and haven't the faintest idea about how to do it.

I'm also doing this but i havent gotten around to it. From what i can see im going to have to line up the clips where the hole are going to be and with a marker mark them of. Then just drill the holes, im going to start with a small bit then work my way up till i find the right size. After all this i thought about getting some double sided tape just to be secure.

Hey dead body, do you have any pics of the process? I didnt think that it would hold to well w/out the clips. I was probably going to use double sided tape too. But when I got the side skirts they came w/ no screws or installation hardware. What screws or bolts do I have to use to install them? Thanks!

                  looks very good deadbody

you wouldnt happen to know what size of a hole to drill? and did you just use regular screws or a special type of bolt?

and headyfirebird: I got mine from a for sale forum on a camaro website for $100 shipped
