  • Camaro Inserts

I have a red car, and would like to do the inserts on the rear where it says Camaro. Two problems though

I don't know where to get them

    and

I'm not sure if black would look better, or the silver.

    What do you think?

If you do black just paint it yourself. I did that yesterday, looks great (except for upclose during the day you can see some imperfections). But it was free and it looks so much better.

I recently got the Pontiac fill-ins. They really dress up the rear of the car. I got carbon fiber to match some of my other pieces.(they look black at a distance) I got them from RKsport

I have a red car and went with the black fill ins. I went with black because it went with my red/black theme.

Got mine from this guy. Great stuff, easily went in. Holding together very well.
Got CAMARO in black, Z28 reflective stickers and CAMARO red in the steering wheel.

Here's a sweet red SS with black lettering. Check it out

Bfranker by far Awesome guy, cheap prices and I trust his stuff over others.

hard to say, I could enjoy red, silver or black?

do you ahve any plans for the car? Painted silver rims woudl look good with silver inserts, bladk would look good with black rims, and all 3 would look good with chrome.

Also does your car have a black roof?

                  Any future plans?

I am thinking I will do black inserts...

shenanigans brought up the main reason, within the next few weeks I am having the roof painted black. Another reason, I am thinking about putting a couple of black bowties on the fenders where the RS, Z28, or SS badges are on those models.

Right now the car has a silver pinstripe (which I am taking off), and speaking of that, what is the best way to get it off?

                    Thanks

One more question, would doing black inserts on the rear, and silver/chrome/white on the front be too much?

I would stick with the same color scheme with the decals and such on your car. Don't go black on the rear and then switch to a different color on the others.

they are still black, just have the silver outline for the SS. That car is sweet too. I like it a lot. As for the front bumper, if that is what you ment by going a different color yea definitely go silver there. I figure you ment like changing your badges to chrome or silver and then also having the black letter fill ins. If that is the case go with silver fill ins to match the badges if you were to change them too
