• What color...

I found a guy who kicks *** with paint, and pretty much everything reguarding body work. Good prices too. My bird is green now, but I think I may want to change it. I'm thinking either black, some sort of deep semi-darkish red, or a deep blue. What do you guys think would look the best?

I got a Teal Bird and i've been toying with the idea of going black......

..except for the fact that it's a lot of work to do properly - such as remove everything from the car. :(

black is one of the sexiest colors you can have on a car... but trust me, it's a ***** to keep clean. my car gets washed at least twice a week and waxed once-twice a month. it's worth it though.

ever consider viper steel grey metallic? it's that dark silver the dodge viper has. if i ever repaint my car, that's what i'm going with.

Out of your three choices, Id say the dark blue metallic, like the WRX. Or you know what else is a nice blue is that Civic SI blue. Just trying to give a refrence as to how dark im thinking... And black may be the hardest color to keep clean, but its the easiest color to make the car look clean, if that makes any sense. Its so damn shiny and reflective even without a good wash and wax. My white looks dull and takes a ton of effort to just make it shine or reflect a little.

Cayenne Red Metallic. Pretty, semi-darkish red. See my site for pics. I've never seen a Firebird in that color, so you could be the first...

You could mix the colors a bit. Get the car painted black, but put a deep blue pearl coat on top of that. I saw a 300zx that did that and it looked amazing. From most angles it looks like a hot jet black car, but then when a camera flash or bright light hit the paint, it would reflect in blue. Basically imagine a black car with the glossy relfections being dark blue. It was so hot looking...
