Painting Engine

Hey guys,

So since i've got this turbo set up goin on, i'm getting the engine rebuilt with an L67 block. I'm taking out the upper intake plenum and valve covers this weekend and i'll figure i'll paint them while the engines out.

I'm trying to figure out what colors i should use, and what kind of paint. So far im either going to do Black intake with White 3800 Series II, and then black valve covers with white stripes on those little rails.

The color scheme on my car is all black and white.

However, i'm open to suggestions. Maybe red might look a little better or maybe something else? I'd like to hear some opinions.

And also, what kind of paint would you guys suggest for the intake? And what kind for the Valve Covers?

but yes the only thing about the white is it shows dirt EASY

Well i as only planning on doing a few white accents. like white 3800 series II and white rails on the valve covers.

You got it Loochy. By the way, the tow truck just picked up my car and im dropping off the new L67 and camshaft in just a few minutes [img]smile.gif[/img] . By the end of this week i just might have the new fastest turbo V6 (other than maybe vipers if he ever finishes.)
