  • Decal installtion liquid

Tried a search but really wasn't sure what to search for. I read somewhere that there is a liquid solution that keeps the adhesive from immediately sticking when applying decals. Something like alcohol + water + few drops of dish soap. Anybody know the recipe?

    Thanks
