Its great stuff, very much worth the price and way the hell better than Dynamat. Much MUCH cheaper as well.

Very nice, I am glad to see somebody really get custom when it goes to our interior.

I would recommend.
Get new black carpet
And recover or dye seats to black.
Get rid of the solar wing and tint your windows.

You are close to having one of the best interiors Ive seen.

Maybe its just the picture, but you might want to look at getting some black or silver speaker cloth. It might clean it up a bit more. But it is probably more or less a personal taste.

How did you do that, the led gauges? It looks ****en awesome, i've been wanting to do that for awhile. Badass interior, I like the way it's custom yet still looks like factory stock and not overdone. Good job
are the headunits detachable face?

Nice interior, I like your kick panels. If you ever think about making extra to sell let me know. I agree with the others though about getting rid of the solar wing and getting some tint. Also have you ever thought about hardwiring your radar detector (or whatever it is). It just requires some simple splicing and connecting to a switched 12volt source. Just a suggestion, I did it to mine and it looks a lot bet than a big ugly cord hanging down to the cig lighter.

I'm interested in making a (small) switchboard by where the hole is by the cig lighter. Do I make this out of fiberglass? What do I buy to make it?

In regards to the black carpet and recovering of the seats; I couldn't agree more. I do intend to recover ALL the seats to a black/gray theme and match the doors accordingly too. I also plan on making custom grilles for the doors to match the ones that came w/ the Kappa's. That all won't be happening until spring I'm guessing. About the tint, I've been wanting to do it but I've heard that you can't have the front sides tinted in Jersey. Nevermind the fact that the cops around here are always on my ***. If you guys have any info on that, get back to me asap (want tint badly).

The led gauges was a bit of a pain in the *ss cause first I tried xenons and it looked like sh*t. Then I tried single led tipped #194's and you were barely able to see the gauges. Finally I hit up Autolumination.com (great site and products) and got the quad-tipped #194's and it worked like a charm apparently. If you guys plan on doing so, you'll need 5 of the bulbs to do the gauges.

The headunit does have a detachable face but unfortunately the eq (one on the bottom) doesn't. Reason I did that with the cig. lighter was only cause I swap it with my fathers' trailblazer when I goto PA during the winter. I will be getting a new one and hardwiring it come spring as well. I thought it wouldn't look too bad w/ the cord but it looks tacky.

WishIHad$$:
If your lookin to put in a switchboard. I would recommend using 40/40 plastic weld to fill up the hole (will be alot easier than 'glassing).

Only thing about the 40/40 that I learned the hard way is that you need the gun to use it and it is NOT cheap. Tool alone is about $70 and a 6oz tube of 40/40 is about $30.

The price difference is up there but its much easier than glassing. If you decide thats too pricey I would cover the piece w/ grille cloth as best you can and glass that.

Once you got the basic structure you want. Sand it down flush as best as you can and use some glazing & spot putty. This will cover any imperfections and will dry without bubbles unlike Bondo. You can get it at any autoparts store and comes in 1lb tubes). Spread some of that on there lightly, sand it down and your ready to paint (or cover the piece, whichever you prefer) and put in the switches.

I am planning on doing some work for whomever may want something. I have a few guys that live around me locally that want some work. So if anyones interested, shoot me an email or something. See if I could help ya out. I'm still trying to debate whether or not to put up a huge info site on where to get all this stuff and pricing. Let me know if you guys would like something like that.
