I bought these headlights on ebay and got them.. My car was being fixed at the body shop and recieved a new bumper cover, fender and hood and some other stuff.. Once i got the headlights they went to install the headlights and said the headlights didnt fit.. Are these any different from spac or are they just trying to cover for not spacing the bumper correctly??? Its a 1999 camaro.... They are trying to get it done but it involves them removing the bumper cover...

yeah sounds like the shop guys are incompetent. You can install them yourselves anyway. It only took me less than 2 minutes of looking at it to see how to get the old ones off, then just reverse the process.
To wire them you need to hook them up to the parking lights(small outside light in the turn signal housing, closest to the fender).
Honestly there is only like 2 little screws that hold them on, and you DONT need to take the friggen bumper off.
Do it yourself man, I will help you out with what ever you need.

When I got into my wreck, I got a new bumper, fenders, and a new pair of halos put on. I have never had a problem with them. My grille doesnt fit as snug but thats it. The body shop guys obviously have no idea what they are doing. Those are the right lights. You didnt order anything wrong. You can always put them on yourself. I did it - and Im a chick. Cant figure out why my brights are not working tho...

Ask for the invoice for the parts they've used. If it's aftermarket parts and they are not CAPA certified, could be some cheapo panels being put on which they had to some "massaging" to fit. If it's OEM, it should fit unless the brkt for the headlamps somehow got damaged from your accident.

I had to turn the adjusters on mine to get them to slide in, but once I did that, they went in fine.
