My wheels are always dirty from brake dust and it never comes off, does anyone have suggestion on how to clean them and polish them? they are not chrome

I heard that if you spray Pam(The non stick aerosol) on your rim after you clean it, it will get the brake dusts right off the next time you clean it.

I put some dish soap in a bucket, fill it with warm water, and clean my wheels with that. Doesn't last very long, because of the brake dust, but it looks good for a day or two.<a href=\"http://members.cardomain.com/leonwithneons\" target=\"_blank\">1997 Grand Prix GTP</a>Comment

i had the crappiest, most yellowed, most caked on brake dusty wheels
I just claybarred my entire car and broke off a small piece and used the detailing spray and rubbed away.....my wheels look GREAT!

I cleaned mine while I had them off for the whole brake upgrade I just did.
I took a pressure washer to mine and I still have black dots on the inside of the well. So, if thats what you're talking about, good luck figuring that one out.Comment
