I was blowing fog lights and DRL's so often, I kept extra bulbs in my glovebox. On a drunken whim, I got my trusty DeWalt 18volt drill, a flashlight, and a small drill bit and drilled 4 small holes along the bottom of all 4 lights. I have YET to blow another bulb! As for the rears, I don't know since I don't have that problem. Hope that helps!

http://www.cardomain.com/id/nitroxxx28

NEVER...EVER PUT CYANOACRILITE-BASED GLUE ON A PAINTED PLASTIC PART!!!!!!!! This includes "superglue" "crazy glue" and anything else that says "CA" on the front!!!
The plastic WILL frost and will NOT come off without the help of acetone (ketone..any other abrasive solvent)!!!! Your paint will be ruined, your taillight will be RUINED!

Do you have altezza tail lights?
I ask because I have two of the same problems...or did. My fog light is still fogged...but I just don't feel like fixing it yet...I will possibly just swap it because it is a persistent problem.
As for Altezza tail lights, I had a talk with Suncoast Creations last night because I sent my tail lights to them about 3 weeks ago. Apparently they were dealing with a supplier called in pro car parts, that was selling crappy tail lights. I asked how often this happened and they said probably 2/3 out of every ten...which we both agreed weren't very good odds. So I asked for a refund.
If my stock tails fogged...I don't even think I'd be able to see it...
