I want to take off my pin stripes. Whats the best way to do this? My car is a 2000, when I take them off is there going to be a permanent line in the paint where they were?

My car is a 98. I thought they were stuck on but they were indeed painted on so i used EZ off oven cleaner. No fading at all... looks better. Are you serious? That's really stupid.
Pin stripes very rarely look good...especially on F-Bodies.
"Special Paint Protection"?
