i have a black 98 firebird.. and the body is great exept from the front and back bumpers wich have spider cracks the back is worse...but the front has all the road chips all over..its not that bad but bothers me so much.. Im thinking about throwing away my pride and buying a bra for the front.. Would that look so bad? black on black? or should i do it the hard way and sand them down and repaint... Words of Wisdom would help!

I personally don't like bras. The paint on my front bumper was spidered badly after someone backed into me in a parking lot and drove off. I just had it repainted about a month ago and it cost me about $300. :( Guess it all depends on what you can afford.2002 Camaro RS, SLP CAI, 80 Series Flowmaster, Whisper Lid, K & N Air Filter, Hotchkis STB, Hurst Competition Plus Shifter, Lou\'s Short Stick, Slotted/Cross Drilled Rotors, Kenwood Excelon KDC-X569, Viper Alarm System. 35% Tint all around

I refuse to put a bra on my black 99 Firebird.
I think they look absolutely horrible, and at the risk of being called careless, I don't have anything on the front.
The guy who had it before me was a tailgater, and there are small (very small) rock chips that are visible mainly when the sun directly hits it.
I am considering having it smoothed down and repainted, and buying an Invisi-Bra.
3-M makes some, and though I have not used them before, I can't see how they would hurt any rather than help.
Downside: they are roughly 300-500 dollars
But you may get what you pay for...Summer:
1999 Black Pontiac Firebird Coupe
5-speed, T-Tops, Chrome Rims, TA Hatch, Reflective Decals.

Winter:
2000 Silver Grand Am GT
Reflective Black Badge Overlays, chrome
