Thats a good deal, not tryin to be a prick or anything but did you make sure it's a high rise spoiler? The early T/A's were the wrap around and this guy could be tryin to pull one over on ya. Can't tell from the pics, just tryin to look out for you.
NM: Just looked again and the bottom shot looks like it has an opening and isn't a wrap around, sorry bout that. Nice deal! Get some pics when it's done

If you are looking for the HIGH RISE T/A spoiler then that is NOT the spoiler that you want because the T/A spoiler is NOT removeble. That spoiler that you baught is a FACTORY Formula or Firebird spoiler.
like jason said, thats just the normal firebird/formula spoiler. assuming you have a firebird it's the exact same thing you have on there now. if you want the t/a spoiler, you will need the whole hatch.

Refuse to pay this person on faulty advertising. I just looked again and yes it does have an empty spot in the middle, but thats because this is a 3rd gen spoiler. That is a GTA wrap around spoiler and will never fit your car no matter how hard you try. Stop payment, contact e-bay do what ever it takes to get your money back. This is a scam and you shouldn't have to be stuck with something useless. Sorry man, even if you have paid there still might be something you can do. But act quick

Did you contact E-bay, the Seller and paypal? I'm thinking that if all else fails your credit card company can take care of it. I really doubt E-bay will let something like this go, but who knows they might say well leave negative feedback. I think they have insurance to cover a certain portion of it so all is not lost. Who knows maybe this guy is so dumb he doesn't know he's scamming you and will return the money and repost it as what it really is. Don't worry you shouldn't be completely screwed here. If anything take the ins money and then sell the fin as a 82-92 and get a couple bucks off it. Sorry man that still sucks

Ebay is looking into it, Credit Card company says wait one day, then I can dispute it, PayPal is of NO help, since I live in Canada, there is no "buyer" protection
