About $200 for one toner and some sealer

Of course, thats because I work at a bodyshop and I painted it myself.

If you want a quality job (not MAACO), then expect to pay over $2500 (not MAACO). A good reputable place (not MAACO) will sand the whole car down properly, and do the job right the first time (not...ya know).

Oh, and don't go to MAACO, they suk!

I agree! MAACO sucks!! Try somewhere local, a 'mom and pop shop' type of thing.

Oh, and Seth ... if you're interested, I know of a really really good body shop ...

honestly... I see all over the net people ***** about Maaco.

I had my '85 painted at Maaco, I saw the paint like 2 months ago.(like 5 years after it was painted) Paint is still great quality, nicer then about 90% of any stock paint jobs I have seen and only cost me about $400 or something, was a deal on like a $800 job.

Guy completely rebuilt the car and shows it in competitions and the paint still looks fine and has tons of metallic flake.

I got my entire car repainted at the local chevy dealer for around 2K. The paint job looks incredible. Do it right the first time. You will save money in the long run.
