I would play it safe - no red or blue.

i don't think they can be classified as rice. It's no different then any other lighting. i happen to LOVE mine under my car. i have the LED kit that changes colors if i want. i have found out that if you get the side one's don't go ANY bigger the 48". You will have problems getting them to fit without rubbing too much. I like mine though and if anybody see's me and talks **** i'll tell them to get f**ked

I just put neons on my car not too long ago. I got these from Ebay. They really aren't all that bad for the price. I was able to tuck the 2 longer tubes way up under that narrow cavity along the long pinch weld; can't even see the bulbs. I figure if they break i'm not out a lot of money. They also have them in GREEN.

in michigan, the only colors you can have are amber, red, and white... because those are the colors of lights that come on vehicles. so you can put lights anywhere you want as long as they aren't too distracting and they aren't too bright. and as long as they're those colors of course. i read up on this on michigan's official gov't site with a friend when he got his maro because we were wondering if we even COULD get underbodies for it.

i dont like the way it is all like...seperated... if it were a consistant glow then it wouldlook nicer... at least if it went to the wheels and looked like it was a solid path of light on the ground.... i think it might be better just to have a really really really really really really bright omni bulb under the car that shoot light out from the center of the ground outward... instead of little blotches of light here and there.... lol
