i don't know but i kinda like. i just went behind my guages after i took them out and painted the bulbs blue to get the guages to look blue. just make sure you don't paint all of them. you won't be able to see the turn signal arrows. Shine a maglite in the hole to see what it lights up

You should be able to wetsand (with 400grit or better) the orange off of the needles(so they are clear, I personally would paint them blue - kinda like how the orange is on there) and then change out your bulbs in your instrument cluster to blue bulbs(if you can find any). The needles can be a pain to get on correctly again. Watch the tach and gas gauge in particular. I'm sure there is a trick to it, but I don't know it!
I'm pretty sure you can find bulbs(or LEDs) that fit right into the light sockets. Talk to a local electronics store or radio shack about which you need (or just do what the guy above said).

Thanks for the replys, 2 days ago i just swapped in the white faced gauges along with a chrome over lay and i think it looks nice because it lights up blue at night.
It would look even better if the needles were blue also.
