I changed mine to red too, just painted the bulbs with some high temp paint we had laying around. I was just gonna see if it looked good before I bought new bulbs. It looks great right now, so I just never bought new ones. Dmiller_2005 who changed his to white LED's and now his gauges are blue. Here Shirl, read over this thread, http://www.camarov6.com/ubb/ultimate...;f=12;t=002594 it has some good info in it.

Don't the gauges have a certain color film behind them like blue for the camaro, red the the bird?

        Or

Can just swap out the bulb and voila?

I don't want red but prefer a bright blue, I have a firebird no more red please.

Nino, I think the Camaro gauges have a blue film behind them. DMiller put white LEDs in his gauges and the glow blue. I dunno about the Fbirds though.

Shirl, you're welcome, hope it all works out for ya.

Cole, the pictures of your lights dont show anything. If it's a digital camera, adjust the exposure all the way up. If it has a light setting (ex: daylight, cloudy, fluo, tungsten), change it to tungsten or cloudy. One more, if you can change the shutter speed, set it to the longest opening. Make sure the flash is off. I had to do all that crap to get the pic to turn out how I see the gauges.
