Is my 96 Camaro an RS?

I bought a used 96 Camaro 3.8L and I am curious if it is an RS or not. How can I tell? What does the RS option include?

I think in '96 the RS (Appearence Package) came with ground effects and RS badging. You'd be able to tell for sure if you checked the RPO codes.

Check for the Y3F sport appearance package RPO code... If you have that and RS badging, i'd say it's a safe bet [img]smile.gif[/img]

If your not sure than i guarantee it isnt an rs.

Check for Y87 while your at it. That's a good thing to have too :D .
