On chrome tips.. is ok to sand and paint the inside with High temp paint? and possibly send on the tips where they do have the small amounts of rust?

Go to any grocery store and get "Bar Keeper's Friend" for like $3. I used that stuff to take rust off exhaust tips before and it works great.<a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/id/sean37\" target=\"_blank\">Black \'97 Camaro</a> w/ CAI, catback

Most grocery stores should have it. Look in the aisle with the laundry soap and it should be near where the cleansers are like Comet, Bon Ami etc.
