Sarah...I just got the flames done in Manassas in late November. The color on the front is actually HOK's Tangerine over an orange base :D It does look like sunset metallic but its a bit more orange. I think my boyfriend and I may have seen your car before this past summer. We're you ever at the cruise in at Chic-fil-a Dulles Towne Center?? Is your plate "fyre" something???

Yes, I have been to the CHick-filet cruise this past summer! LOL..actually, i went there just about every friday night along with some friends!!!!! I always took my orange bird and i was the only V6 sunset orange firebird. There were two other sunsets but they were both WS6 T/A's!! They were nice ones too!!!

thanks for the compliments and nope havent gotten the chip fixed yet. A big snow storm is coming and half started already so that impedes it. I'll be going back over to talk to the painter next week to try and get him to fix it for free. yeah michelle...thats my car!!! yea!!! well i must say....i do have to like the color of your car. pewter metallic was my other choice of color if i couldnt get susnet orange. my car was one of the last f bodies built. so i have had it a year!!! but i had to have the last year they made them...so i scraped together the $$ and got it!! thanks, im glad you like it!!!!

Your car looks awesome, I love the flames! How much does that orange paint cost? I think an F-body would look awesome painted that color. Well I wouldnt recommend that paint at all for a daily driver only because of what I'm going through with the chip I got [img]redface.gif[/img] ( But I am sure you could get a color very close to it by PPG os another manufacturer.
The color is HOK's Tangerine over BC-11. A qt runs about $36 but requires a good number of coats and the base.
