It makes your car look exactly like every other plane ss on the road and about 75% of the v6 i like most other hods more because they make your car not look like most others. and before some jacka** says "hes jealous", nah.... I had that hod and sold it after i realized my car looked like 16 others just around here, creativity is the key

i've seen 2 ss hoods in this whole city since i've been down here this year... i think i'm good on originallity. Put it this way... i see a Whole lot more 'stock' v6 type hoods than SS hoods.

Check out my hood! I've never seen another F-body with my hood and no one I've talked to has either. Just about everyone in town knows my car. I also get thumbs up from guys driving those old stingrays with the hoods that look like mine. Not to mention it's functional as a cowl induction hood and really helps with cooling/letting heat escape the engine.

I'm another F-body with the Big Block hood like V6Maniacs, got it on my 97 Firebird . I must say if you want to be original go with that. It's also true about helping out with cooling. No other F-bodies around here had 'em until I got mine, but I have seen a couple runnin' around here lately tryin' to look like me. Thats OK though, everyone around here knows my car aside from the others :D

I like the SS hood better than any other hood offered for our cars.

creativity is not always key... i think the reason so many people have the SS hood is because it actually looks good! unlike some of the other hoods... if you like it... get it
