It is nice, i almost teared up when i came across it. I am hoping to find a red one so i might not have to paint it. I would pay 6-700 for one. I have tried every used part/auto salvage/junkyard in oregon and cant find one. The couple i found were 1400+ used.

I will just keep looking and waiting til i get one. Then going with chrome anniversary striped and fillins with rivetted z06 (or zr1 rivets if they come out). Any thoughts on if it would be overkill to do a mirrored paint/chrome on underside of hood. Just a thought, but might be just too much.

Anyway to anyone on the N oregon, washington or N. idaho tip who doesnt mind a little work and you prolly wanna see it in person before you buy.

My OEM hood was direct from SLP, was never installed on a car before mine. Imagine how much that cost... :D :D
