    Scanners in the headlights

    Well i was visiting my dad in chicago and we passed a car that had LED's or something in the headlights that flashed green. The car was parked so im assuming its like the alarm scanners, but i have never seen it before and think that thats a pretty cool idea. Anybody else see these or know where to get them?
