  • White DRLs

Ok so i replaced my DRLs with white bulbs, heres the deal, they look sweet when you just have the headlight switch in the direclty up position, parking lights, once you turn on headlights, it cuts down to one filament in the drl bulb and they get a nasty faded yellow color, but while you are driving around in the day, it can look pretty nice, i also checked my CA laws and as far as im concerned white turn signals are freaking LEGAL! yay... read this and destroy my dreams if you wish.... maybe i misinterpret? i think not!

its a list of things streetlegal in CA, heres an except from the list:

"Incorrect color of turn signal. It must be white or yellow to the front, red or yellow to the rear (24953 VC)"

so I assume that means its ok to have white in front.. not to complex... and also... whats this mean?

"Driving with just parking lights on (24800 VC). Vehicles that have factory-installed automatic daytime running lights must meet federal requirements and are legal."

does that mean i cant drive around with my foglights on without my headlights or what? during that day at least? i know at night i need headlights duh...
