  • is there a light on the TCS button?

I'm pretty sure i remember there were two little bars above the words ABS on the button, and the bottom one light up when it was on. the words ABS light up when you put your headlights on. this is true no? As I was driving back from an auto. mech. I noticed it wasnt on. (abs automatically turns on when you start your car.)

it's tcs for the traction control and it is always on unless you turn it off. When the button is pressed a light in your dash will tell you that it is off. The actual tcs switch always lights up when the headlights are up just like any other dash lights and switches. The switch always stays lit it just tells you whether it is off or not in your dash next to the ses light and the rest. Hope this helps

              LOL, thanks.
the light behind the words tcs works with the headlights, but the hairline one above it doesnt. isnt it supposed to light up when tcs is on?

Yes it is...that is just a problem with maybe some dirt or soemthing blocking the light coming through. both lines and the letters tcs should light up so it could either be a light or just some dirt...but either way besides looks it doesn't matter it will tell you when it is off in your dash

New switch? The bulbs in there are tiny anyways. Just let it go.

Ah yeah, you may want to try posting this in in the "Stereo/Electronics" section, somebody there might have the answer.

No, I meant for you to buy a new switch. That's a solution, the bulb is prolly bad.
