  • Hugger Orange

God I love this color, I saw a newer hugger Z28 with chrome wheels today and i almost **** myself. How much would a repaint in that color cost, Im tempted to get a newer stlye front end and repaint that color Instead of getting a ss hood and painting flames.

I got quoted $1450.00 for an entire paintjob. My car is Hugger Orange, the body shop didn't charge any extra for the paint. But yeah, it does look awesome, but pictures will never capture how it looks.

Don't get flames man, save the flames for trailer park trash and their trucks.

      I agree, Hugger Orange ROCKS!!

Nope. 1999 only. They made 1402 in Hugger Orange. And, I just had several parts of my car repainted, a whole job is $1450. I got quoted at a paint place $200 dollars a quart for Hugger Orange. So there's a few baselines. And for the record, all the body panels matched up in color, even though I didn't have the entire car painted.

That upgrade to the new front end is available from Speed Automotive and is like 12 hundred. The paint I would expect for a good job to be about 1,300 to 2,000. When I inquired about getting mine repainted from Hillard over here they said like 1,200 starting. I say go for it, with those carbon altezzas that would look rad dude. That's a huge rip off man. Shop around a bit more if ya really want it. Oh, and to the response about Hugger Orange w/white stripes, they look pretty good. I got black stripes on mine when I had it repainted. I think it's a toss up between black and white, both look really good.

I also agree hugger orange is very nice but if i were you i would paint your car a fairly dark greyish but not too dark color with black stripes. I seen a 2000 camaro with this color scheme and WOW  it was fukin amazing. Its your car though. Good Luck
