• Armor All Extreme Tire Shine

This is a product I've only seen recently while I was at work. It's not the normal stuff, it's called EXTREME tire shine by Armor All. Anybody used it? Every single tire shine I've used doesn't give me the truly wet & shiny look that I'm going for. Thanks for your input!

I've used it a few times - it does give a really wet and shiny look - almost too shiny for my taste. The only gripe I have about it is that you're not suppose to wipe, so you end up with spots where its shinier than others.

It looks kinda too shiny at first, but after a few days looks pretty good.

I use Meguiar's extreme gloss tire gel. Best tire shine in the world, hands down. Lasts a long time too. Costs about $7 bucks, and make sure you get one of those little tire applicators to go with it.

Does it give that REALLY wet shiny look? That's what I'm goin for.

That regular spray on meguiar's hot shine or whatever doesn't give me what I want. I might try the extreme tire shine, then i'll try out the gloss tire gel. Where do you pick it up?

Oh yeah, and I saw the extreme tire shine at Wal Mart.

The nice thing about the gel is it doesn't leave marks on the driveway, and it's VERY shiny, lasting about a week. and yes it does smell good too.

there are other ways to shine up your tires. Just use motor oil I'v found 10-W30 works the best. Just wipe it on and forget about it. It gives it a nice shine and protects your tires from dry rott

oil is not a good idea....
there was a thread a few months ago about this and over time, it does some nasty stuff to your tires
namely dryrought and decreased life and sidewall strength
stick to the tire shine products
