Which wheels.......

So im buying some new wheels but im torn between boyd coddington smoothie 2s, torque thrust 2 (pretty much the same style), or corvette y2k wheels. Sizes would be 17x8.5 except the y2k's would be 17x8.5 in the front and 18x9.5 in the rear. I have a 99 pewter (the silver color) firebird.

depends on what kind of money you're looking to spend... you can get C5 rims with tires on ebay for less than $1000. the smoothie IIs are incredible looking and i'd love to get them, but they're quite a bit more expensive.

I would actually think that some black wheels would go well with the pewter color of your car.

Yeah i saw you car which is actually what made me want the torque thrusts =). I actually wanted to get some black wheels but i decided i want something thats flashy. You know theres an auction on ebay for the smoothie ll's for about a grand for the set. Not bad considerering.

that who i got mine from and they have great prices for my wheels and tires it was like $1650 mounted ballanced locking lugs and shipped to my door [img]smile.gif[/img]
