im thinking about doing this since it is cheaper then the replacement parts for my car and was wondering if anyone has done this if it looks alright and hwo much of a pain in the *** it is the kit is sold throught speed automotive and i figured it be cool to see a 93 with a 98+ frotn end...the kit has everythign i need to fix my car! and i was jus looking for feedback on this

Well that price says $1250, but then you have to add the hood (~$500-600) which isn't included + $220 shipping and then get it all painted. You're probably looking at ~$2500 at least. Not worth it to me but i guess it would make a good project.
Also, i haven't heard the greatest things about speed automotive.

Ive seen quite a few in person and they look good. everything matches up ok. Most people who have done it have had front end wrecks and bought the crap with insurance money.Im actually tossing around the idea of doing this too, i was told that its cheaper to buy each piece individualy, I talked to a guy with a 96 convertible that did it adn he said he bought every part aftermarket off of ebay individually and it only cost him around $1200 for all the parts + around $750 for paint, where as we was given like $5200 to fix everything so he had like 3k left to put into his car.

this one didnt get as many posts as i thought but thats cool well paint isnt really an object for me and iwas cheackin at a few local junk yards the hoods cost around 130 or so so i dunno i want to try get a SS hood so i dunno hmm thinking will the corner lamps from 93 work on the new cover and what about the fenders?
