I've been thinking about changing out interior bulbs with colored ones, maybe red instead of tungsten-yellow :D . Does anyone know the bulb specifications (i.e. 194/3157/1156/4701) for the dome lights and reading lamps in a firebird?
is that part number the same for both the firebird and the camaro?
i tried painting my blub with some glass paint that is suppose to be good up to 350 degrees, but it started smoking and turned brown. now i need a new bulb :(
TheCardinal: did you ever change to colored bulbs? how?
i have a cut piece of theatre gell in there right now, but its way way way too dark. it does give off a little blue hue, but its not enough to actually see what your doing with at night.
i replaced my bulb with a 561 bulb... i hope this was the right one.
