  • Removing glue stains from bumper

I had a pouch mounted on my car for around 2 years, and now I was finally able to take it off.. as I got rid of my stupid "N" which by law is a requirement for all new drivers here...and must be displayed..

now no more N, so I removed the pouch and there is this nasty layer of glue stain left on the car.. what can I use to remove this? what do you guys suggest?

Hey man, put WD-40 on the glue, take a rag and wipe it off, it's that easy. It also won't wreck the paint in anyway. I've done it plenty of times. It also works great on tar, sap, bugs etc.

You might want to try a claybar before you try the WD-40.

To all of yall americans who never seen an N before.... here it is....

In Canada, when you turn 16 you must write a knowledge test consisting of 40 questions. If you pass, you will get a Learners Permit... this will allow you to drive around with one adult, who is fully licensed and learn how to drive. You must display an L during this stage. And this stage may last anywhere from 3-6 months, before you are eligable to take a road test.

After passing a road test, you will become a NEW driver. The restrictions on a new drivers license include no driving with any alchohol in body, and that the "N" must always be displayed on the car.

After 18-24 months, you can go for a full license road test. If you pass it, you can drink 2 beers, and drive without having to have any stupid letters on your car.

That, my american friends is an explanation of the big N in a pouch epedemic.
