Man I love that, I wish I woulda did that instead of buying blackouts. Did you take the sides off to do them? Where do you get Nightshades from?

i think if your going to do it you have to put clear on it. otherwise its dull.

i did alot of prep on these i sanded them down. removed the letter from the lights and side markers.

i was very torn between slotted black outs and this. i figured not many people have something liek this so this is what i wanted.

i got the night shades at
            http://www.afterthoughtsauto.com/vhtnigpain.html
cost $20 bucks w/ shipping. the i used a 94 cent can of clear from walmart.

i am very happy with it. it is very orange peely at this point once it cures i will wetsand it and buff it to make it more smooth.

</font>[/QUOTE]definitely looks badass with a gloss, especially on a black car.

I'd definitley do something like this if I had any sort of car that looked good with blackouts.

i realized i forgot about the 3rd brake light. but ive already thought of a solution. i have some black vinyl. so im going to shape it to the light and cut a bow tie in it.

looks good but why didnt you spray over the backup lights?? If your worried about being able to see while your backing up, dont worry I sprayed my whole tailight on the tahoe and I can still see fine, well I can see as well as I could before with limo tint.
