  • part number for seatbelt restraint

I would really like to know the part number for the plastic piece that goes on the side of the seat which the seatbelt is going through (seatbelt restraint?). Both of the ones on my car are cracked where the screws are and the driver side one fell off and its annoying/unsafe for me to have the seatbelt across my neck. Also, in the case I get some, how would I go about installing them (the seastbelt must be going through it)?

Send an email to gmpartsdirect.com - they'll give you the #.

BTW, they ask for your VIN no matter what the part, so just send it to them with your request.
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

Best bet is eBay. That particular part is not available seperately, it's only included in a "Belt Kit" that costs about 70 bucks.

            Wrong.

Assuming your interior color is graphite (most 95s were), the driver's side is p/n 16730219 and the passenger side is 16730218. 5 bucks each at gmpartsdirect.com

</font>[/QUOTE]Strange, my parts manual has a section for 93-96 and a different section for 94-95. I looked at the 94-95 which shows the part I referenced. 93-96 shows it available seperately. Weird. But either way, I stand corrected.
