  • Where to get MANUAL Mirrors

Someone recently opened their car door into the mirror of my White 98 Camaro. Now the shell is cracked and a chunk is missing. The mirror part is okay, the shell has a chunk out of it. Anyone know where I can buy MANUAL mirrors besides the dealer because I dont want to spend $400 on a new mirror and pain job for it. Any info would be helpful.

I'd search the boards for someone parting out a car...

How do I know who's parting out their car on here? I'm new to this site and still getting used to it. Thanks

Shame it's not a Firebird. as I swapped out my Manuals for Power Mirrors and have a pair of Manual mirrors that I was thinking of tossing out.

YOu can try this board in the forsale section but might not find one.

            I;d try the bigger boards.

            www.camaroz28.com
            www.ls1.com
            www.ls1tech.com
            www.fbody.com

etc.. etc... probably a good 100,000+ members between those boards.

I'll check those sites out...hey is it hard to convert manual mirrors to power mirrors. Is it worth the hassle or should I just find manual mirrors and keep them the same?

Firebird mirrors won't fit on a camaro? Shame, firebird mirrors look so much better, be interesting to see em on a camaro.
