Got em in, turned car on, and some gauge needles dont work!!! I marked where they were at idle and ive been pulling off and putting them back on and cannot get them to work!!!! Has anybody done this before or have any advice?

i've done it before but i've never had the problem. I guess make sure the needle is on all the way and then make sure that the plug is on all the way.
