interior dye??

Anyone used it?? Howd you like it? Easy to use? What about it stayin on the seats or running when wet?

heres what i am looking at... I have a 2001 camaro, grey cloth.. and everyone with the post LT1 houndstooth intereiors will know that the insert pattern is absolutely the worst thing in the world... looks like the drapes from a cheap *** motel. I want to dye the instert pattern black, and also the fabric on the doors...

Would imagine i just need to tape or mask off he parts i dont want dyed and then spray it on let it sit and repeat until its the color i want....

any imput or help is well appreciated.

havent seen that. I have painted my interior (will repaint soon) and painted my floormats with ebony fabric paint. It looks good, but when i rub it with my fingertips it flakes off. I will try washing it out (maybe getting rid of flaky excess) then trying to rub it off again.

I am going to do similar to you, but take all carpets out and color them black, and the seats red in the middle with black all around outside.

I am just going to go to an auto upholstery shop and see what they suggest. (i am also sound deadening under everything i remove, might as well right)

i neever used any interior paint but i replaced the cloth in the doors which was a piece of cake.

i dyed my door panels and the lower door carpeting red..it was pretty easy..you have to mask everything off really well..and use a CRAPLOAD of dye if you have a darker interior like me..you should be able to see it on my site..after its dried i havent had any trouble with it fading or rubbing off or anything
