Use WD40 to loosen it. Be sure to wash it down after.Mike
2001 Camaro
Light Pewter Metallic Convertible
AU0,A31,C60,DG7,F41,GU6,K34,L36,M30,T82,T96,UN0
If it can\'t be expressed in figures, it is not science; it is opinion.

Actually.... don't use alcohol.
Get a heat gun (or a hair dryer) and heat it up so that the glue will begin to break down and de-adhere. After that, SLOWLY peel it off. After it comes off, just use some Goo Gone and then wash the area (or the whole car).« Red Firebird »

Ditto on his method. It has always worked very well for me.
