  • BACK AFTER WRECK! (pics inside)

Well on November 8th I got into a wreck and this is what it looked like.

So after a month of not having the car. Then going through a bad computer problem for another 2 weeks. I did all of the body work except for the paint and here she is!!!

After a good day of cleaning.

Still have some lining up to do but for my first big job I think I did a pretty good job.

    Travis.

Just to think if it were ALITTLE BIT closer you'd have needed a couple of new wheels along with it. But great job, I remember seeing your first post about this. Who did your paint? anyone you would recomend as I need a complete new paintjob...

You're right, I'm glad I didn't need to get some new wheels. That's one of the first things that I checked when I got out of the car.

I got the car painted in the race park here in Race City, Mooresville. Motorsports Image is the name of the place. It's a race car painting place but they do small body and repair. They will do your car you just have to catch them at the right time. They get real busy in the racing off season because they are painting a lot of nascars.

            Thanks for the support.

Thanks Stephanie. You have a very pretty car yourself. Nothing better then a pretty girl driving an f-body.

Sorry about your wreck too. Your car looks awesome now with the SS hood.

                Thanks again.

at least you got clear corners out of the wreck.

j/k, the car came out nice. looks good w/ the firehawk wheels. did they replace the hood? should have got a ram air hood if they did.

                    Good work there.
                    It's fairly straight forward anyways.

After all, I bought my car with minor damage to the front right.
New Fender, Light and Bumper, (and paint of course) and good as new.

No the hood didn't need to be replaced(dang) I mean...no. I'm glad though because it all had to come out of my pocket since I don't have collision insurance so, it would have been cool to have a ram-air hood but just too expensive. I for sure wouldn't have gotten that new!

I just got the clutch replaced too! Got it back today OMG WHAT A FRUGGIN difference! It's crazy! New clutch, throw-out bearing, master and slave cylinder too cause they were bad. $815 goodness :( I sure am getting my moneys worth out of this car. I will have it FOREVER! Not selling it ANYTIME SOON! That's for sure.

                      Thanks again.
