  • any advice on painting calipers?

    im gonna go ahead and paint my calipers today, i plan on just covering the rotor and wheel well with newspaper or soemthin along those lines while i paint the caliper, any other suggestions?
    SLP CAI, RK Sport headers, P&Ped heads and intake, GT2 cam, Upgraded valvetrain, Z28 rear axle with 4.10s Tx Spd tune, Z06 rims, 2.5\" exhaust to flowmaster, 160* thermo, B&M ripper, upgraded ignition, rockford fosgate 12\" with sony xplode amp and HU.

    You could take the caliper off if you know what your doing, if not then please dont do that.

      if you have a ratchet and 15mm allen head socket, bull the caliper and rotor off.... SO much easier. if you can figure out how to get the tire off, then you can get the caliper off.... if not, you shouldnt be operating the spray paint either.

        please don't do that. if you are going to paint your calipers sand them down and make them look really good. it makes a huge difference. and it isn't that much work.
