Well I got reverse glow gauges and I can't get the plastic thing that protects/keeps you from touching the gauges, off, it looks almost as if its glued on, help please

uhh u have to pull out the whole thing, the plastic piece is glued, once u get the whole pod out from the dash (PITA) the black piece that is connected to the plastic pops out and the gauges are flush.
