Feel free to have me banned for it then. He's entitled to post his pictures on this board without having a mob of singled minded people jump his case for his choice in spoilers. This happens frequently and it's ridiculous. He asked for constructive critisism, not a gang of "shopping cart" remarks. I have large amounts of respect for moderators, but you shouldn't be supporting this kind of behavior. Regardless of whether you're member 401 or 4001, I'm not impressed.

just as he's entitled to puting what he wants on his car, others are entitled to their opinions about it. people making personal attacks, like calling someone redneck trash isnt nearly the same as someone commenting on someones spoiler.
everyone should remember that when they post pictures, not everyone is gonna say "oh what a pretty car you have". if you cant handle opinions, dont post pics.
edit - and diablo, you must show your email as public. cv6.com rules.
I agree with you, but the constant "rice" and "shopping cart" comments get old though. There's nothing constructive or helpful about them. Not my car though, he can fight his own battles I suppose. Most people in here making comments hardly are above stock modifications anyway and really have no room to talk in an appearance forum.

The general concensus with most f-body owners is to have a clean car, that isn't too flashy... Personally I don;t like the wing. I admit it would look decent if he had a set of ground effects but as is, it looks out of place.

Without the ground effects to pull the rest of the car down, I agree, the spoiler makes the @$$ end look too high up.

I personally don't mind spoilers on Camaros, so long as they aren't extreme. In this case, I really don't care for its height. My preference is lower profile which follows the lines of the car. That's not to say this one wouldn't work better with a body kit on the rest of the car.
Yaba, if you like the car that's all that matters. Your the one that gets up and drives it everyday. I can appreciate the work and money you put into it and don't be discouraged by any comments, keep it up. The weels look good with your car.

isnt this the same when someone buys a old junk car and he likes it? but all the other people laugh at them
My opinion on this subject... yaba3800, titling this thread "check out my ride bit chez" (as a newb), is just asking to be bashed... my suggestion would be to title your threads in a more friendly manner and the comments/responses will probably be more polite back. Anyway, good luck with your car...
I think it looks nice, i mean its not an aluminum wing or anything. I like it overall.

Yaba3800 you did say that you wanted people to tell you what they tought of the updated pics. you should know that alot of people bash for no reason. i say if you don't like something keep your mouth shut!
So my truck is finally getting some work done, after 17 years, Oil pressure sensor went out and it’s located under the lower intake manifold. Have to...
