I want to do something to offset the black paint on my car, but I'm not sure how it would look. I'm thinking of dark metallic blue stripes painted on where they would almost blend in with the paint, but look different at the same time. Is it possible to make this look slightly noticable without looking gaudy at the same time? Could it be done as a ghost stripe that only appears in certain light? I'm still open to ideas, but I'm thinking this might look kinda cool.

I was looking for silver stripes on my silver car but the site i bought it from had it listed as charcoal (on a silver SS) and well i picked charcoal by accident and it was darker than i liked but i kept it...
i would pick a medium/navy blue if i were you... would be nice. Maybe do some photoshops.1998 Silver Firebird
Basic mods... nothing real special but it sure looks good!
maleetpobanz.com

Not black with blue stripes, but blue with black. Kinda gives you an idea. I like it.1996 Pontiac Firebird
Black, 3.8L A4

Does anyone have a ballpark idea of what it would cost to have hockey stripes painted on a Camaro? I don't want to do vinyl at all. And while I'm at it would it be hard to have the entire car recleared to fix the flaws in the paint?Black 2002 Camaro M5-SS takeoff muffler, B&M Ripper, K&N Filter, 35/20% tint, Infinity speakers, Viper alarm, perpetually breaking clutch return spring mod. 15.49@90.15
Pewter 2002 Firebird M5 (Dad\'s Car)
