  • Painting Interior Quick Question

I know the air conditioning vents just pop right out, but how? I got a flat blade down in there and started to pry them out and it sounded like I was about to break them.
Is there an easy way to do it or pry and hope to god it doesnt break?

I have a '97 & the way you do it w/ mine is to take off the pieces that surround the vents & push from behind(one side has a slot it slides out of. If the '96 is the same that is how you do it

Yep - they do. Didn't realize it was all one unit. Thanks for the tip - painting them right now.
