You know that area around the headlights?

You know that area around the headlights where its normally black? How come that area on some camaros is painted the same as the body? Do people do that themselves or do some camaros just come like that?

thats normally how you can tell they've had a paintjob....stock, yes they are all black around the headlights...my friend has his pained the same color of the car because of an accident.....

well the 98 and ups changed the design on the front. and have it painted around the headlights. On my 96, there is black around it. i dont mind. just put some tire shine on it this morning, and its lookn' nice

My front end was repainted from an Acident, and mine are black [img]smile.gif[/img] w00t! Does that mean I wasn't in an acident?? Sweet! [img]smile.gif[/img]

i much prefer it the body color. but i know others dont. i left mine the body color on purpose. if you dont like it. get some lite grit sand paper and some satin black in a shaker can and go to work. thats how most places do that now because of how dull it is.
