how do you clean 'em? i just bought some used ones, and they didn't look exactly like they looked in the pic [img]graemlins/thumbsdown.gif[/img] . plus they came with scarpes on the bottom . how do you get scapes on the bottom of your exhaust tips? oh, well. i'd just like to get them clean before i install them. thanks! If the tips are stainless steel, perhaps you should try a brillow pad to clean. If they are chrome, you should NOT use a brillow pad, rather a harsh abrasive such as rubbing compound.
My tips were dirty, so I decided to take a belt sander to them. I have the stock tips though so it's not really the same idea....just another possibility [img]smile.gif[/img]<b>« Red <i><a href=\"http://sandman.v8tec.com\" target=\"_blank\">Firebird</a></i> »</b>

I have scrapes on the bottom of my tips :( Cause driveways are not friendly... They also don't like my front ground effects ;)
