Thanks man! I picked up the white leather seat covers used off the slp board for $100. I pulled my old covers off and learned myself on how to recover them. It was pretty easy actually. Check the classifieds on the boards - there is always someone selling leather.

your car looks awesome.
the white leather im sure looks great from inside and from the side, but any angle with the stripes visible it looks kinda out of place.
if you got black leather seats with red leather inserts and the 30th logo embroidered into the headrests that would top it off perfectly.

if you get sick of the 30th seats and want to sell them email me i have a white 97 and have been looking for those seats forever.

anyway, nice car i love it

or- what would look even better is this.

get white 30th style stripes, and powdercoat your rims white. your car would look PERFECT if you did that.

but thats just my personal taste/opinion

Ya know I really thought hard about getting white stripes! I ordered the stripes red and when they were installed turns out they were orange so I could tell the decal company to send me new stripes in white. Only problem is how do I get the orange stripes off my car w/o ruining the paint?

I have an idea on getting the stripes off. Do you have a blow dryer? Maybe if you get the corners heated then you'll be able to slightly start to peal them off. It's a tough way to do it but trying to take them off with a razor blade would be even harder. Just try to get it start and than get some window cleaner and keep spraying it as you peal it. Anyone else with an idea?

That is a very nice car man, Beautiful! Nice choice on the colors, and the white leather goes well.

I agree w/ Wheeldog, beautiful car, and I don't really like Camaro's either. Don't change a thing. It looks great the way you have it.

I disagree with the above posts advising white stripes. I think that the overall effect of what you have now is both striking and clean. One thing that I would change though is to go with chrome rims (same style that you have). They could be gotten on Ebay for somewhere in the neighborhood of $600.00/set (nice GM used, not knock-offs).

Thanks a lot Bill! I am actually getting a set of rims identical to mine powdercoated black with a set of nittos on the back. Should look killer I hope!
