My sister borrowed the car while I was sleepin...came back with a red stripe across the mirror, as soon as I get this roll of film developed I will have pics of it on cardomain...how would I go about fixing it though?? it's pretty thick.

If it's on the glass of the mirror, you could probably scrap it off with a razor blade.
