Which is it fella's? I can either get a SS hood for the pre-98's that is primmered and can have it painted for about 150-200 or get me some chrome shiney wheels. Its the hood on the white z-28!

If your wanting to go for the most noticable change, get the wheels. Trust me, I got both and my wheels made a lot bigger change than my hood, but I still love them both.Check out my pics.
Now I'm fixin' to buy an SS spoiler.
In the end, go with want you want, its your car.

If you have Wheel covers or Salad Shooters buy wheels, if not get a hood. Nothing beats 97+ stock wheels in my opinion. You dont wanna be driving around with hubcaps and a SS-hood. That would just be scary and wrong.

dont call me a tool.. thats not cool at all.. he wanted opinions.. i voiced mine..
I think chrome wheels look takcy on camaros
its jsut not right.. i see chrome as more of a luxuary car thing..
and all i gota say about the ss hood is, "poser"..
get something more unique.. like a mecham.. or a cowl hood.. the idea is to make your car unique, diffrent.. not make it a knock off..
maybe some custom paint.. or (gulp) even decails if you dont have the cash for paint..

Both the Firebird and Camaro have the factory chrome wheels, and I don't they would look nearly as good with painted wheels. They really set off the car.

Wow, you've got balls or this is a bad joke. Go with chrome dude. It'll look good I promise. The only powdercoated rims I've seem that look half way decent were totally black but I still wasn't really digging them. Oh well, the bottom line is it's your car.

you can powder coat the wheels whatever color you want and it will look great.. just get some stripes also that are the same color.. that way it will tie it all together.. that would look pretty tight..
