His car is red. Don't do powdercoated red wheels, you ricer, j/k. Powdercoated black would look okay, but not red.

He needs wheels b/c he has those "sweet" hubcaps. ;)

BUT, if he can get that hood at a sweet deal, then I think that he should buy the hood first.

I thought the hood made the biggest differance on mine. I see people with chrome rims all the time. But my hood is what makes the differance between my car and 90% of the other camaros I see.

i'd go with wheels myself if I already had the hood.

                  it all depends though.

are you gonna have money for the wheels, then be able to paint the hood relatively soon?

wheels make a lot of a difference though, but the hood would look good with the spoiler afterwards (maybe put on at the same time? :D )

naptown: first of all what does your car look like? I can't remember, maybe a pic or two

I agree 100% with 97chevycamaro, If you have hubcaps there is no decision making involved. Hubcaps on a camaro should be the first thing to go, anything beyond a new filter or maybe a lid is just a sin. Rims make such a huge difference on our cars. If you have salad shooters I'd still say rims because theres only a few that I've seen with salad shooters that looked awsome. 97+ rims are real nice rims and you'd get more benefit from a hood. If you go with rims spend alot of time thinking about it because rims make or break a car. Personaly I would never buy another set of rims and stay with the same size, but 17" rims means more expensive tires. Some ZR1 rims powdercoated red just might look good or look like a redneck got in a fight with a ricer over what to do with your car and they made a compromise.

You can't go wrong with most aftermarket hoods but the right rims will make your car

Indeed they are, I'm not saying they're bad wheels just that the 97+ look bad ars on any camaro. Salad shooters don't look good on a plain stock camaro. They look good on that posted pic, nice rims just not my pick

I already told you this, but go with the wheels. ZR1's are sweet wheels. Nothing sets off an fbod better than chromies .
